It was deemed necessary to complete a formal investigation into the flood incident at Duck End, Denford on 21st November 2012. Internal flooding of at least one property was reported and this had been experienced four times in one year.


Flood Investigation – A45, July 2012

It was deemed necessary to complete a formal investigation into the flood incident on the A45 on the 14th of July 2012 as the flooding affected a piece of critical infrastructure within the county of Northamptonshire and was closed for just over 7 hours. Records also indicate that flooding of a similar nature has occurred along this stretch of road in the past.

It was deemed necessary to complete a formal investigation into the flood incident on Blackmile Lane, Grendon on 14th July 2012, as more than 5 properties flooded internally and the highway was closed. Records also indicate that flooding of a similar nature has occurred at this location in the past.
